TECHNOLOGY

 


The produciton of electronics is ensured by 2 fully automated SMT lines. They are both equipped with up to date machines and provide our customers with time flexibility as well as technological versatitlity. Tha faster line is built up of one FUJI AIMEX and one Assembleon Opal XII machine managing approx. 62.000 cph. The second line is built up of one Assembleon Topaz XII and one Assembleon Opal XII machines managing to assemble approx. 25.000 cph. Beside these two lines we dispose with stand alone machine Assembleon Opal XII, which is used for production of samples and small series.

 


PCB Loader Nutek NTE 710 LM/LL

Screen printer MPM AP HiE

 

  • Maximum PCB size 508x406 mm
  • Alignment repeatability ±0.0005 at 6σ

PCB assembly machine Fuji Aimex

 

  • the latest generation of PCB assembly machine of Japanese producer Fuji, introduced in December 2010
  • the machine is equipped with two robots with assembly head V12
  • V12 has 12 jets and enables to assemble small components with dimensions range 01005 to 5x5 mm with height 3 mm
  • eventually one of the robots can be equipped with a head H08M, enabling to assemble wide range of SMT components, from 0201 to 45x45 mm with 13 mm height
  • the machine disposes with automatic jet changing and automatic location of supports
  • the maximum size of PCBs is 759x610 mm
  • placement rate of one machine, depending on configuration reaches from 40.000 cph to 53.000 cph and it is easily upgradeable to 106.000 cph

 


SMT placement machines Philips Assembleon Opal-XII – 2x

 

  • Maximum PCB size 460x440 mm
  • Optimal placement rate 11,600 cph (IPC 9850: 9,600)

Inline workstation Nutek NTM 530WSM/WSL 1500

 

  • For checks and manual assembly work on the PCB without removing it from the PCB assembly line.



Reflow soldering system SMT 1.7TC

 

  • Convection reflow oven equipped with the patented SMT slot nozzle systems, achieving very high efficiency of heat transfer
  • This ensures processing of lead-free solder pastes at exact temperatures
  • Peak zone temperature up to 350oC, fan power, 1.600 m3/h each
  • Sophisticated N2 control system available, control range for 20 to 1.500 ppm
  • Soldering in a nitrogene atmosphere



Upstream and downstream communication is provided by SMEMA interface.
